Experience:
Age 24–32 years.
Minimum 1–4 years of experience in Corporate Sales, Key Account Management, B2B Sales, FMCG Sales, Hospitality Sales, Food Service Sales, or Institutional Sales.
Experience in selling bakery products, food items, beverages, corporate gifting solutions, catering services, or related products will be given preference.
Strong network with corporate offices, banks, educational institutions, Telco’s, hospitals, and business organizations.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate new business opportunities.
Strong client acquisition and deal-closing capability.Ability to prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email, and CRM tools.
Must be proactive, self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
Willing to perform extensive field visits and client meetings.
Good command of both Bangla and English (written and spoken).
Knowledge of corporate gifting, event management, and institutional sales will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit and develop relationships with corporate clients including Banks, Financial Institutions, Agencies, IT firms, Manufacturing units, pharmaceutical companies, and other organizations.
Generate corporate sales through Bread & Beyond bakery products (cakes, snacks, gift items, and customized offerings).
Identify new business opportunities and maintain long-term relationships with existing corporate clients.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and growth opportunities.
Handle Modern Trade business, including coordination with franchise and distributor partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the department.
Prepare sales reports, client feedback, and market insights for management review.
Coordinate with production, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Perform any other sales-related duties assigned by the Head of Department
