• Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with customer relationship management software (CRM).

• Ability to travel occasionally within Dhaka.

• Fluency in English and Bangla.

• Understanding of market research techniques and data analysis.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling lift, escalator and services in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This is a full-time on-site role. Key responsibilities include generating leads, conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.
