• Age At most 28 years

• Sound knowledge in IT System & Network (DHCP, Network Topology, OSI Layer, DNS, Mail, Storage Servers, Antivirus, Data Center etc.).

• Roster Duty/Night Shift may apply as per business requirement

• Installing and configuring all kinds of user PC and instrument PC as per company recruitment.

• Installing/ Reinstalling/ Configuring operating system and other necessary software for user PC.

• Maintenance and troubleshooting of all kind of laptop computer, Desktop computer, printer, plotters, scanners, UPS and notebooks.

• Installing and configuring new LAN connectivity for user computer and instrument computer.

• Troubleshooting network problem, software problem and performance issues including e-mail/ Internet system.

• Applied antivirus and windows updates in user PC using WSUS and McAfee update server.

• Super Administrative privilege of biometric system

• Installing and configuring new IP telephonic system.

• Configuring Mail account for users.

• Provide support and installing Biometric system.

• Provide support for Video Conference, WebEx, Skype and Teleconference system.

• Install all new hardware and software as per company recruitment.

• Provide support all kind of Requisition for new IT Materials.

• Provide support network related problem for Wi-Fi system.

• Configure Corporate Mail for Smartphone Device.
