Responsibilities & Context:

LAVISHO POWER is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales – Corporate to lead the company's corporate sales strategy, business development initiatives, and key account management functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the corporate client portfolio, building strategic partnerships, and leading a high-performing sales team across commercial and industrial sectors.

The role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales, corporate relationship management, market expansion, and strategic planning within the power, energy, engineering, electrical, or related industries.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute the company's corporate sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and strategic partnerships.

  • Establish annual sales plans, budgets, forecasts, and performance objectives.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to maintain a competitive advantage.

Corporate Business Development

  • Acquire and manage key corporate, industrial, government, and institutional accounts.

  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, procurement teams, consultants, and project stakeholders.

  • Lead negotiations for major contracts, tenders, and strategic agreements.

  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling across the company's product and service portfolio.

Sales Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the corporate sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

  • Establish KPIs and performance management systems.

  • Conduct regular sales reviews, pipeline assessments, and coaching sessions.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, customer focus, and high performance.

Key Account Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Oversee contract renewals and customer engagement strategies.

  • Resolve high-level customer issues and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance reports.

  • Analyze sales data, conversion rates, market share, and profitability metrics.

  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on market intelligence and business insights.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.

  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or key account management.

  • At least 3–5 years in a leadership role managing sales teams.

  • Experience in power solutions, electrical products, energy systems, engineering services, industrial equipment, or related sectors is highly preferred.

  • Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth and securing large corporate accounts.
