BDTender is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Telesales Executive to promote and sell our Tender Alert Service to contractors, suppliers, consultants, and business organizations across Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients via phone and introduce BDTender's Tender Alert Service.

• Generate sales leads and convert prospects into subscribers.

• Follow up regularly with potential and existing customers.

• Explain service features, benefits, and subscription packages.

• Maintain customer records and sales reports in CRM.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.

• Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.

• Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams to ensure client satisfaction.

• Retain existing customers and encourage subscription renewals.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

• Candidates with strong sales experience may receive educational requirement relaxation.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, Call Center Sales, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, Tender-Related Services, or B2B Sales.

• Experience in selling subscription-based services will be given preference.

• Experience in Tender, e-GP, ERP, Software, Training, or Digital Services sales is highly desirable.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

• Strong telephone sales and negotiation ability.

• Ability to achieve sales targets consistently.

• Good computer and internet skills.

• CRM and sales reporting knowledge.

• Fluent in Bangla and professional communication in English.
