Position Summary
Lead, Brands & Communication is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that strengthen market positioning, drive business growth, and enhance customer engagement. This role leads a team of brand professionals, oversees multiple brands or product portfolios, and ensures consistent brand communication across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Brand Management
Develop and implement short-term and long-term brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
Identify market opportunities, consumer insights, and competitive trends to drive brand growth.
Manage brand architecture, positioning, and value propositions.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of brand managers, executives, and communications professionals.
Set performance objectives and ensure effective execution of brand initiatives.
Foster collaboration and innovation within the team.
Campaign Development & Execution
Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels.
Ensure all campaigns maintain brand consistency and achieve defined KPIs.
Monitor creative, media, digital, and agency partners.
Portfolio & Product Management
Manage multiple products, or business segments within the portfolio.
Support product launches, rebranding initiatives, and market expansion projects.
Monitor product performance and recommend growth strategies.
Consumer & Market Insights
Analyze consumer behavior, market research, and brand health metrics.
Translate insights into actionable marketing and communication strategies.
Conduct regular competitor analysis and benchmarking.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with sales, trade marketing, product development, corporate communications, and senior leadership teams.
Budget & Performance Management
Develop and manage annual brand budgets.
Monitor ROI and marketing effectiveness across initiatives.
Ensure efficient allocation of resources and agency investments.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
8–9 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or communications.
Proven experience leading teams and managing multiple brands or portfolios.
