Job Responsibilities
Generate new B2B and B2C sales leads through online and offline activities.
Promote Hosen Academy's courses, eBooks, software, and digital services.
Contact potential customers through phone calls, email, social media, Zoom, and Google Meet.
Conduct online presentations and product demonstrations.
Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
Actively contribute to the growth and development of Hosen Academy through sales, marketing, customer engagement, and business development activities.
Build good relationships with students, customers, and business partners.
Follow up regularly with prospects and existing clients.
Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
Support digital marketing and promotional campaigns.
Identify new business opportunities and partnership possibilities.
Share ideas and suggestions to improve sales, marketing, and customer service.
Submit daily work reports and sales updates to management.
Attend daily online video meetings and submit a simple report on your planned work, completed activities, daily achievements, challenges, and future plans.
Perform other sales and marketing tasks assigned by management.
