- Handle export documentation (BL draft, SI, VGM, etc.)
- Maintain strong communication with exporters and clients
- Coordinate with shipping lines, CFS, and depot operations
- Ensure timely submission of documents and shipment follow-up
- Provide customer service support and resolve shipment issues
- Maintain daily operational records and reporting
