A Credit Recovery Officer is responsible for contacting customers with overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, monitoring outstanding accounts, maintaining accurate records, preparing recovery reports, ensuring compliance with policies, resolving customer queries, coordinating with legal teams when necessary, and minimising financial losses while maintaining positive customer relationships.
