Responsibilities & Context:
Lead two functional wings: Trade Marketing and OOH, with clear role allocation, execution ownership, reporting discipline, and performance accountability.
Develop and execute nationwide trade marketing and outdoor strategies aligned with business objectives, sales priorities, channel plans, and brand positioning. .
Drive channel visibility, merchandising excellence, retail branding, POSM deployment, shop branding, and point-of-sale execution
Prepare annual, quarterly, and campaign-wise trade marketing calendars for assigned SBUs, categories, territories, and channels.
Lead outdoor media planning, acquisition, deployment, and optimization.
Design and implement trade schemes, retailer engagement programs, distributor support programs, and outlet activation initiatives in coordination with Sales and Brand teams.
Build annual trade marketing and outdoor budgets and ensure efficient utilization.
Prepare budget allocation plans by SBU, brand, territory, channel, campaign, and outdoor asset type.
Track trade marketing ROI, OOH cost efficiency, visibility improvement, outlet coverage growth, campaign output, and revenue contribution.
Maximize brand exposure through strategic outdoor asset management.
Strengthen distributor and retail partner engagement programs.
Ensure superior in-market execution across all territories and channels with regular market visits, retail audits, competitor visibility checks, and execution compliance reviews..
Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize ROI through data-driven decisions.
Lead vendor, agency, and outdoor asset partner management.
Establish execution standards, compliance frameworks, and governance controls.
Collaborate with Sales, Brand, and Commercial teams to accelerate growth.
Build, coach, and develop a high-performing trade marketing team.
Manage billboards, shop signs, wall branding, transit media, dealer boards, retail signage, and other outdoor visibility assets.
Manage vendor selection, rate negotiation, SLA finalization, work order coordination, billing verification, and performance evaluation in coordination with Procurement and Finance.
Develop team capability in market execution, retail visibility, trade activation, outdoor media management, vendor control, reporting, and analytics.
