• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), IT Enabled Service, Shipping, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Cement Industry, Steel

• Age At least 24 years

• Required Years of Experience: 3–5 years in logistics coordination, warehouse operations, or distribution.

• Industry Experience (Preferred): FMCG, RMG, Pharmaceuticals, or 3PL services in Bangladesh.

• Professional Certifications (Optional): Diploma in Logistics Management (CILT Bangladesh) or SAP MM Module training.

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments; track deliveries daily to ensure on-time performance.

• Oversee loading and unloading operations; enforce timely dispatch from warehouses and depots.

• Resolve day-to-day logistics issues including delays, damages, and documentation mismatches.

• Maintain transport records, prepare delivery schedules, and ensure regulatory compliance (VAT, permits).

• Monitor stock levels across warehouse and depot; prepare accurate inventory reports.

• Support internal and external audits with proper documentation and stock reconciliation.

• Communicate directly with transporters, warehouse staff, and suppliers for seamless coordination.

• Negotiate contracts with logistics service providers within approved cost parameters.

• Assign daily tasks to junior staff and drivers; enforce SOP adherence rigorously.

• Analyze logistics processes; recommend efficiency improvements to reduce cost and time.

• Prepare daily and weekly logistics performance dashboards for supervisor review.

• Execute any other operational tasks assigned by management.
