Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate quality leads for real estate projects.

Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).

Create and publish engaging content, including project updates, promotional campaigns, and customer testimonials.

Plan, run, and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.).

Generate and maintain a database of prospective buyers and investors.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up of generated leads.

Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.

Manage the company website and ensure project information is updated regularly.

Implement SEO and other online marketing activities to improve brand visibility.

Handle online customer inquiries and maintain positive customer engagement.

Design and execute email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.

Promote company projects, offers, events, and launches through digital channels.

Ensure achievement of monthly lead generation and marketing targets assigned by management.

Maintain and enhance the company's online brand image and reputation.
