• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management

• 5 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), IT Enabled Service, Shipping, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Cement Industry, Steel

• Age At least 28 years

• Years of Experience: 5–8 years in logistics, distribution, or warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

• Industry Experience: FMCG, RMG, Pharmaceuticals, or Manufacturing sectors in Bangladesh.

• Professional Certifications (Preferred): APICS CSCP, CILT, or SAP Logistics Module certification.

• Design and enforce logistics SOPs, policies, and KPIs to standardize depot and warehouse operations.

• Drive cost optimization initiatives through route planning, transporter negotiations, and fuel efficiency tracking.

• Oversee weekly and monthly stock reports; reconcile physical inventory with ERP/SAP records to eliminate discrepancies.

• Monitor factory, depot, and warehouse inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

• Plan and evaluate delivery schedules; liaise with suppliers, transporters, and customers for on-time execution.

• Track transport costs, delivery lead times, and service quality; take corrective actions on deviations.

• Supervise high-value consignments and resolve logistics escalations without operational disruption.

• Lead reverse logistics monitoring and implement actions to reduce return volumes and associated costs.

• Prepare data-driven performance, cost, and improvement reports for senior management.

• Benchmark logistics operations against industry standards and drive continuous improvement.

• Ensure compliance with VAT, transport permits, and other local regulatory requirements in Bangladesh.

• Execute any additional assignments from management/supervisor with ownership and urgency.
