Additional Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in warranty, after-sales service, quality assurance, or technical support.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of warranty claim processes and root cause analysis (RCA).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting, and ERP systems.

  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Willingness to travel for field inspections and dealer visits.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Conduct field inspections to investigate product and service-related issues.

  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on failed parts and identify corrective actions.

  • Process and submit warranty claims accurately and within stipulated timelines.

  • Review and verify warranty claims submitted by dealers to ensure compliance with company policies.

  • Coordinate with dealers, service centers, and internal departments regarding warranty-related matters.

  • Conduct quarterly audits of warranty failed parts and prepare audit findings reports.

  • Monitor warranty performance trends and recommend improvement initiatives.

  • Prepare and maintain monthly warranty data, reports, and performance summaries.

  • Analyze warranty claim data to identify recurring failures and quality concerns.

  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of warranty claims, inspections, and audit reports.

  • Provide technical and procedural support to dealers on warranty claim processing.

  • Follow up on pending warranty cases and ensure timely resolution.

  • Support quality improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives through effective warranty management.
