Responsibilities & Context:

Packify-Bd is a packaging solutions company. We create customized packaging for restaurants, shops, super shops, hospitals, and garment businesses. We help businesses grow by giving them quality packaging with their own design and branding.

We are growing fast and looking for active and hardworking Sales Executives. This is a field job, so you must be comfortable moving around and talking with different business owners.

Your job is very important because you will bring new clients and help the company grow.

Job Responsibilities:

Client Visit & Sales:

  • Visit restaurants, shops, super shops, and businesses in your assigned area (Uttara & nearby)

  • Find new customers and create new sales opportunities

  • Talk with clients in a polite and confident way

  • Explain our packaging service and benefits

Order Collection:

  • Understand client needs (design, size, quantity, etc.)

  • Take customized packaging orders from clients

  • Confirm all details clearly before placing order

  • Build trust so clients feel comfortable to order

Payment Collection:

  • Collect advance payment when taking order

  • After delivery, collect full payment (Cash on Delivery or due)

  • Follow up for any pending payments

  • Ensure no payment is left uncollected

Coordination with Team:

  • Send order details to office team clearly

  • Work with design and supply chain team

  • Follow up to make sure order is processed correctly

  • Update client about order progress

Delivery Support:

  • Ensure product is delivered on time

  • Help coordinate delivery when needed

  • Make sure client receives correct product

Relationship Management:

  • Maintain good relationship with all clients

  • Keep regular contact for repeat orders

  • Solve small client issues if possible

  • Represent company in a professional way

Reporting & Target:

  • Keep record of daily visits and sales

  • Report daily/weekly activities to management

  • Achieve monthly sales target

  • Try to bring more business than target
