Overall site management and daily operations control
Supervise labor, foreman and site staff
Ensure proper distribution of work and manpower
Monitor daily work progress and report to higher authority
Maintain discipline and safety on site
Ensure materials are properly used and stored
Coordinate between engineers, contractors and workers
Solve on-site operational issues quickly
Maintain attendance and daily work records
Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
Educational Requirements:
Minimum SSC pass
Experience:
Minimum 2–5 years of practical experience in site management is preferred

Strong leadership & team management
Site operations & workforce supervision
Basic construction knowledge
