• Age 18 to 25 years

• Must be extremely patient, polite, and energetic.

• Excellent communication skills in Bangla; basic English is a plus.

• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple children at once.

• A high sense of responsibility and alertness.

• Safety Supervision: Actively monitor children in the play areas to prevent accidents and ensure all safety rules are followed.

• Activity Assistance: Assist children in using play equipment (slides, ball pits, climbing frames) safely and correctly.

• Engagement: Interact with children in a friendly and encouraging manner, participating in games or creative activities.

• First Aid: Provide basic first aid (e.g., cleaning a small scrape) if needed and immediately report any incidents to the supervisor.

• Hygiene Maintenance: Ensure the play area and toys are kept clean, sanitized, and organized throughout the day.

• Customer Service: Assist parents with check-ins/check-outs and answer basic queries about the facilities.

• Event Support: Help the team during birthday parties or special events by managing groups of children and organizing games.
