Responsibilities & Context:
Management of the following teams: Playground Attendants Team (aprx 9 members)
Reception & Ticketing Team ( aprx 2 members) Kitchen, Cleaning & Security Team (aprx 2 members)
Scheduling staff rotation as per the flow of clients and capacity utilization
Maintain 100% cleanliness of the facility
Smooth flow of operations during birthday events, occasional events, or School parties.
Compose sales projection report & follow up to achieve
Check for regular equipment management & follow up with the concerned team to fix.
Execute operations with proper Compliance maintaining liaised to Compliance Depertment.
Handle cash & execute cash management with concern deptment.
Implement Marketing policy.
Hiring & training staff
Stock Management Cooperation with Management
Handles guest problems and complaints.
Any other responsibilities to be assigned from time to time by the management.
