• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Friendly personality to interact comfortably with children and parents during shoots.

• Video Production: Script, shoot, and edit engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Vlogs) showcasing children playing, birthday events, and playground facilities.

• Photography: Capture high-quality photos of daily activities, special events, and interior setups for promotional use.

• Graphic Design: Create visually appealing social media posts, banners, posters, and flyers using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.

• Content Planning: Develop a weekly/monthly content calendar in collaboration with the Marketing team.

• Social Media Trends: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, music, and editing styles to keep our brand relevant.

• Copywriting: Write catchy captions and basic ad copies in both Bangla and English for social media posts.

• Equipment Management: Ensure proper handling and maintenance of cameras, lighting, and other production gear.
