Experience:
Sound knowledge and hands-on experience with ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, and food safety protocols.
Working knowledge of ISO 17025 and practical understanding of BAB (Bangladesh Accreditation Board) certification processes.
Proficiency in GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) and familiarity with laboratory instruments and calibration schedules.
Good understanding of food regulatory compliance including BSTI, BFSA, Codex, FDA, EU regulations, and Halal standards.
Working experience in ERP systems related to material release and Certificate of Analysis (COA) documentation.
Analytical and reporting capabilities to support audit readiness and continual improvement.
Effective communication and training skills for cross-departmental coordination.
Should have knowledge on food microbiological tests on raw materials, packaging, finished goods, and water as well as maintaining environmental hygiene (ISO Method).
Monitor and enforce GMP and GLP at laboratory.
Having knowledge on Implementation of ISO 17025 at Micro Lab and Plan for BAB Certification.
Having knowledge on Lab related instrument and Ensure Calibration done on time to get accurate analysis results.
Ability to review, interprets, verify, and summarize data collected from other departments.
Report any deficiencies to Head of quality in a timely manner.
Responsible to generate relevant reports and conduct periodic internal Lab audits and Line Lab inspections.
Train and develop analysts related to Microbiology Lab. Pest Control Activity inside factory.
Environment swab collection and analysis.
Maintain stock of laboratory chemical.
Air quality check of process and packing area. Culture maintenance.
Method validation and implementation.
Collect and analyze samples accordingly to Quality Monitoring Scheme at specified frequency and completed/recorded in a timely manner.
