The selected candidate will play a key leadership role as Head of Department (HOD), ensuring top-quality customer service, smooth handover, and long-term client satisfaction.
Lead the Customer Care Department as Head of Department (HOD)
Ensure smooth and timely handover of flats/plots to customers
Handle and resolve customer complaints and queries effectively
Develop and implement customer care strategies, policies & SOPs
Ensure strong after-sales service and customer relationship management
Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Accounts teams
Maintain and monitor CRM system and customer database
Supervise, train, and develop the customer care team
Monitor customer satisfaction and improve service standards
Ensure timely closure of all customer issues
