We are looking for a highly experienced, proactive, and customer-focused professional to lead our Customer Care Department. The selected candidate will play a key leadership role as Head of Department (HOD), ensuring top-quality customer service, smooth handover, and long-term client satisfaction.


🔷 Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the Customer Care Department as Head of Department (HOD)

  • Ensure smooth and timely handover of flats/plots to customers

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and queries effectively

  • Develop and implement customer care strategies, policies & SOPs

  • Ensure strong after-sales service and customer relationship management

  • Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Accounts teams

  • Maintain and monitor CRM system and customer database

  • Supervise, train, and develop the customer care team

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and improve service standards

  • Ensure timely closure of all customer issues
