Ashiyan Country Club Ltd is looking for dynamic, smart, and result-driven Sales persons to expand its membership base. The selected candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling club memberships and building strong client relationships:-
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
Ensure the maximum benefit out of the sales target for the company.
Expand market presence, manage key accounts, and build strong customer relationships.
Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and forecast sales trends.
Coordinate with marketing, branding and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maximize profit margin by selling more values,
Maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information and the Company's internal strategies.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy development.
