Job Context

Ashiyan Country Club Ltd is looking for dynamic, smart, and result-driven Sales persons to expand its membership base. The selected candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling club memberships and building strong client relationships:-


Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to improve performance.

  • Ensure the maximum benefit out of the sales target for the company.

  • Expand market presence, manage key accounts, and build strong customer relationships.

  • Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and forecast sales trends.

  • Coordinate with marketing, branding and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.

  • Maximize profit margin by selling more values,

  • Maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information and the Company's internal strategies.

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy development.
