Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets
Identify and pursue new customers for Air Freight, Sea Freight, and Logistics services
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and corporate accounts
Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and service agreements
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and market analysis reports
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
Monitor competitors and market trends in the freight forwarding industry
Lead, mentor, and manage business development, team
Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions
Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnership development
🧠 Requirements & Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
8–10 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding sales
Strong knowledge of Air Freight, Sea Freight, and NVOCC operations
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Strong client network in import/export industries (Garments, Pharma, Buying House, etc.)
Ability to lead and motivate the sales team
Good command of English (written & spoken)
