Responsibilities & Context:
Manage daily air and sea freight operations from booking to final delivery
Coordinate with airlines, shipping lines, agents, and customers
Negotiate freight rates and service contracts with carriers and vendors
Monitor shipment schedules and resolve operational issues
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international shipping laws
Supervise documentation (AWB, BL, invoices, packing list, etc.)
Track KPIs and improve operational efficiency
Manage and train operations team members
Handle customer escalations and provide logistics solutions
Control freight costs and maximize profitability
Develop SOPs for air & sea freight processes
