Experience:

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Sports Complex

• Bachelor of Physical Education (BPEd) in • Sports Management, or any relevant field.

Candidates with relevant training/certification in sports management will get preference.

Job Context:

The Supervisor – Games & Sports is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Swimming Pool, Gym, and Billiards facilities at RAOWA Complex. The role requires leadership, discipline enforcement, member service, and coordination with various teams to ensure smooth functioning and proper upkeep of all sports amenities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the Swimming Pool, Gym, and Billiard Room.

• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and regular maintenance of all sports facilities.

• Monitor staff performance, discipline, and attendance (including trainers, lifeguards, etc.).Schedule duty rosters and manage facility operating hours.

• Handle member feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure high-quality service.

• Inspect sports equipment regularly and report any damages.

• Enforce association rules and maintain discipline within the premises.

• Coordinate with the Administration and Maintenance departments as needed.

• Assist in planning and conducting sports-related programs or events.

  Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, or any relevant field.

  • Candidates with relevant training/certification in sports management will get preference.

  • Experience Requirements:

    • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in supervising sports or recreational facilities.

    • Experience in event management or club activities will be an added advantage.

      Additional Requirements:

      • Strong leadership and team management skills.

      • Good communication skills (Bangla & English).

      • Knowledge of different sports rules and regulations.

      • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

      • Physically fit and energetic.
