Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise daily operations of the Swimming Pool, Gym, and Billiard Room.
∎ Ensure safety, cleanliness, and regular maintenance of all sports facilities.
∎ Monitor staff performance, discipline, and attendance (including trainers, lifeguards, etc.).Schedule duty rosters and manage facility operating hours.
∎ Handle member feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure high-quality service.
∎ Inspect sports equipment regularly and report any damages.
∎ Enforce association rules and maintain discipline within the premises.
∎ Coordinate with the Administration and Maintenance departments as needed.
∎ Assist in planning and conducting sports-related programs or events.
∎ Job Context:
∎ The Supervisor – Games & Sports is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Swimming Pool, Gym, and Billiards facilities at RAOWA Complex. The role requires leadership, discipline enforcement, member service, and coordination with various teams to ensure smooth functioning and proper upkeep of all sports amenities.
