Responsibilities & Context:
  • Identify financial demand forecast across manufacturing and sourcing operations and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Review contract payables, import costing, landed cost calculations, and supplier performance from a financial perspective by considering VAT, VDS, AIT and other regulatory cost.

  • Monitor inventory levels (RM, WIP, FG) to keep optimal stock and reduce cash blockage.

  • Evaluate inventory holding cost, slow-moving and obsolete stock, and recommend disposal or optimization strategies.

  • Strengthen internal control processes to ensure transparency and accuracy.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.

  • Present financial dashboards to senior management highlighting key insights and action points.

  • Work closely with whole supply chain operations from Product Development, Raw Materials Procurement, Manufacturing, Outsourcing, Imports and A&F teams to align financial plans with operational realities.

  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for operations.

  • Support forecasting models for import and local sourcing.

  • Provide financial insights to support production planning, capacity utilization, procurement forecasting, and suppliers payment schedule.

  • Support investment evaluation, CAPEX proposals, ROI calculations, and feasibility studies.

  • Analyze supplier pricing, payment terms and financial risks to support Supply Chain operations.
