Bachelor's degree in any other subject is acceptable with experience in Recovery and Legal Affairs.

Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor and follow up on critical files to ensure recovery on time.
Coordinate with Sales Officers to support recovery activities.
Assist in issuing legal notices and other correspondence in accordance with Company procedures.
Visit customers, dealers and other relevant parties when legal support is required.
Contact with local lawyers and arrange for legal actions against default customers in consultation with Head Office legal team.
Follow up with court and legal authorities to close the problematic issues promptly.
