∎ In depth knowledge on overall Accessories Marketing ( Price Tickets, Adhesives, Care labels Hang Tags, Print & Woven Labels, Heat Transfer, Packaging etc.)
∎ Must have extensive experience of product development, accessories, costing and execution of orders independently.
∎ Should have proper knowledge about garments accessories.
∎ In depth knowledge on overall Accessories Marketing.
∎ Strong salesmanship skills and working capability in- group and individual working condition.
∎ Should be passionate for Sales & marketing Job.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication and analytical skills.
∎ Should have positive attitude to take challenge and meet deadlines.
∎ Excellent command over English and Bengali.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Support/Client Service, Sales, Marketing Public Relation

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Should have proper knowledge about Garments Accessories
∎ Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
∎ Meeting planned sales goals.
∎ Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
∎ Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
∎ Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
∎ Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
∎ The ongoing training of your salespeople.
∎ Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
∎ Promoting the organization and products.
∎ Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
∎ Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
∎ Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management.
∎ Organize, manage, pursue and coordinate all sales activities.
∎ To keep update the monthly sales progress to the management.
∎ Maintain, regularize and update activities in online sales system on daily basis.
∎ Extensive travel within the territory to maximize market coverage.
