• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering.

• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only Male

• At least 3–5 years in an IT Manager or IT Lead role

• Strong hands-on knowledge of:

  • Windows & Linux Servers

  • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO

  • Networking (LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN, Firewall)

  • Virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V)

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity & data protection

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud)

• ERP implementation and support experience

• Database knowledge (SQL Server / MySQL / PostgreSQL)

• Lead and manage the IT department, including engineers, officers, and support staff.

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals.

• Oversee IT infrastructure: servers, networks, systems, and applications.

• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all IT systems.

• Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and cybersecurity standards.

• Manage ERP systems, databases, and business-critical applications.

• Plan and manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.

• Oversee data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.

• Lead IT audits, compliance, and risk management initiatives.

• Manage software licensing, asset management, and IT documentation.

• Support digital transformation and automation initiatives.

• Act as the key IT advisor to senior management.
