Experience:
• Graduate/Masters from any reputed university (Major in Marketing/ Management/ Commerce Background are highly preferable)
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Open customer accounts by recording account information.
Maintain customer records by updating account information.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Visit customers and maintain good business relationship to ensure timely recovery of debts.
Implement and maintain a set of comprehensive Credit Risk Policies and Procedures.
Other duties as delegated from time to time by the management.
