Skills Required: Adobe Illustrator,Adobe Photoshop,Communication and interpersonal skill,Fluent in English,Microsoft Excel,Microsoft PowerPoint,Microsoft Word,Proactive and Positive attitude

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

  • Open customer accounts by recording account information.

  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.

  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

  • Visit customers and maintain good business relationship to ensure timely recovery of debts.

  • Implement and maintain a set of comprehensive Credit Risk Policies and Procedures.

  • Other duties as delegated from time to time by the management.
