• Age 20 to 45 years

• Fluent spoken English. You will talk with US business owners every day, so clear speech and good listening matter more than a perfect accent
• Good written English for short emails
• Stay calm and positive when people say no, and keep calling
• Basic computer skills: email, Google Sheets or Excel, and any CRM or dialer software
• Your own laptop or desktop, a good headset, and a stable broadband connection with power backup (UPS or IPS)
• A quiet room where you can take calls without background noise
• Available on chat and video call with the team during the shift
• Able to work the night shift (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM) regularly
• Interest in architecture, interior design or 3D visuals is a plus, but not required

7CGI is a 3D rendering studio with offices in Beaverton, Oregon (USA) and Dhaka, Bangladesh. We create photorealistic 3D renderings for architects, interior designers, real estate developers, furniture makers and product brands.

We are looking for a Cold Calling Executive who will call businesses in the United States, introduce our services and book meetings for our sales lead. This is a remote job, so you will work from home. The job follows US business hours, which means a night shift in Bangladesh: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday to Friday.

• Call US businesses from our lead list, such as architecture firms, interior designers, real estate developers, and furniture and product companies
• Get past the front desk and reach the right person (owner, marketing manager or project lead)
• Introduce 7CGI in a clear, friendly way and ask short questions to learn if they need 3D renderings
• Book phone or video meetings between interested prospects and our sales lead
• Send a short follow-up email with our portfolio after each useful call
• Call prospects back at the time they asked for
• Log every call, answer and next step in our CRM or Google Sheet
• Reach the daily call targets and weekly meeting targets agreed with your team lead
• Share what you hear on calls (common questions and objections) so we can improve the script and the lead list
