• Only Male

We are hiring a Telesales Executive to call customers who placed orders on our website, confirm their orders, and increase sales through upselling.

Responsibilities:

• Call customers to confirm orders

• Build trust and reduce cancellations

• Upsell / cross-sell additional products

• Update order details in the system

Requirements:

• Strong communication & persuasion skills

• Fluent in Bangla

• Sales-driven mindset

• Basic computer knowledge

Salary: Fixed + Incentive
