Responsibilities & Context:
7CGI Limited is a 3D Visualization and 3D Rendering studio serving international clients in the architecture and product industries. We are looking for a full-time Client Acquisition & Upwork Proposal Executive whose main role will be to monitor Upwork, select the right projects, and submit high quality proposals for our 3D services.
This is a remote, night shift position aligned with US daytime hours.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor Upwork regularly for new and relevant job posts.
- Identify projects related to 3D Visualization, 3D Rendering, and 3D Animation based on company criteria.
- Apply to selected projects quickly after they are posted.
- Customize proposals using company templates and the client’s project details.
- Follow all client instructions and requirements in each job post.
- Maintain daily logs of submitted proposals and response status.
- Share important leads and client replies with the senior team.
