The applicants should have experience in the following business area: Garments Accessories.

1. Buyer Coordination

• Act as the primary point of contact for buyers on product-related matters.

• Review and clarify buyer specifications, artwork, measurements, and material requirements.

• Communicate buyer comments, revisions, and approvals to internal teams clearly and timely.

2. Product Feasibility & Integration

• Conduct product feasibility analysis before bulk production.

• Coordinate sampling, mold development, tooling, and approvals.

• Ensure buyer requirements are fully integrated into production processes.

3. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Liaise with Merchandising, R&D, Production, QC, and Planning teams.

• Organize pre-production meetings to align all departments.

• Ensure smooth handover from development to bulk production.

4. Change & Risk Management

• Manage buyer changes in design, artwork, material, or size.

• Identify production risks early and propose corrective actions.

• Maintain revision history and approval records.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain product integration files and technical packs.

• Track sample and approval status.

• Provide regular updates to management on product readiness.
