The Officer/Executive – Institutional Sales is responsible for developing and managing institutional and industrial customers, driving sales growth, and achieving assigned targets through effective customer engagement, product presentation, and coordination with internal teams.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying and approaching potential institutional and industrial customers.
Support customer visits and maintain good client relationships.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and follow up on customer inquiries.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Maintain customer records, sales data, and follow-up reports.
Assist in achieving assigned sales targets.
Collect market information and competitor feedback.
Support promotional activities, customer meetings, and business development initiatives.
Prepare regular sales reports and perform other duties assigned by the reporting manager.
