Responsibilities & Context:
• Development and Implement National/Divisional Sales Strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annually sales target.
• Lead Monitor and coordinator of team members.
• Achieving the primary and secondary sales target though deport and dealer’s in the market.
• Executing all promotional and trade marketing offers / programs in the market.
• Fostering a performance culture among the team members.
• Keep an eye on competitors’ sales & marketing strategies and providing feedback and suggestions accordingly.
• Manage the sales cycle effectively and track the activities of the Sales Force.
• Increase the existing market coverage to achieve additional market reach as per sales plan.
