Build a strong relationship with the customers.
Job Responsibilities
Lead Monitor and coordinator a team of ASMs and RSMs.
Prepare and assign monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target.
Achieving the primary and secondary sales target though deport and dealer' s in the market.
Executing all promotional and trade marketing offers / programs in the market.
Fostering a performance culture among the team members.
Keep an eye on competitors’ sales & marketing strategies and providing feedback and suggestions accordingly.
Manage the sales cycle effectively and track the activities of the Sales Force.
Increase the existing market coverage to achieve additional market reach as per sales plan.
