Job Overview

As a Telesales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to communicate with potential business clients, understand their business needs, introduce our services, and generate qualified meeting opportunities for our Business Development Team.

You will play an important role in connecting potential clients with our business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential clients from the company's verified lead database.

  • Communicate with business owners and decision-makers through phone calls.

  • Understand client challenges, requirements, and business goals.

  • Present company services professionally and clearly.

  • Generate interest and identify potential business opportunities.

  • Coordinate with the Meeting Schedule Team for client appointments.

  • Follow up with interested clients and maintain communication records.

  • Update call reports and client information in Google Sheets.

  • Maintain professional communication and proper documentation.

  • Submit daily activity reports and performance updates.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in Bangla.

  • Confidence in speaking over the phone.

  • Strong listening and relationship-building abilities.

  • Basic Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel knowledge.

  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
