About the Role

We are seeking a sharp, resourceful, and aesthetically-driven Digital Operations Executive to manage and execute digital projects for our clients. In this role, you will be the engine behind the scenes, ensuring that our clients' digital presence—from websites to social media—is professional, sophisticated, and high-performing.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Platform Management: Setting up and customizing websites and social media profiles tailored to specific client needs.

• Content Excellence: Generating and refining high-quality, artistic content (copy and basic layouts) using AI tools and personal creative judgment.

• Back-end Coordination: Managing the technical side of digital marketing campaigns, including social media automation and web updates.

• Project Timelines: Maintaining prompt communication regarding project status and ensuring all client deliverables are met on time.

• Problem Solving: Using presence of mind to troubleshoot technical or creative issues during project execution.

• Client Communication: Communicating with clients for taking information regarding services and also communicating for hand overing the services.

• Required Device: Candidates must have their own Laptop or Pc with UPS, as it’s a remote job.
