Responsibilities & Context:

• Design and develop high-quality website pages, program pages, webinar pages, masterclass pages, application pages, and lead generation flows

• Improve website structure, page experience, form design, mobile responsiveness, and conversion-focused user journeys

• Work with marketing and sales teams to create fast, clear, and effective landing pages for campaigns

• Build reusable frontend components for forms, cards, dashboards, modals, tables, and content sections

• Continuously improve the digital experience based on user behavior, campaign needs, and business priorities

• Build frontend interfaces for advisor portals, teacher portals, student dashboards, admin dashboards, and internal tools

• Work closely with backend and automation engineers to connect frontend screens with APIs, CRM data, dashboards, and internal systems

• Ensure frontend interfaces are responsive, clean, accessible, and easy to use across desktop and mobile devices

• Maintain frontend quality, performance, consistency, and scalability across all digital products

• Translate business requirements and product ideas into practical, usable, and visually clear interfaces

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final UI designs using Figma or similar tools

• Design simple and effective interfaces for students, career advisors, teachers, and internal teams

• Build and maintain a consistent design system for Transfotech Academy’s website and internal tools

• Improve usability, readability, spacing, layout, visual hierarchy, and interaction quality across all product screens

• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to understand user problems and propose better design solutions

• Work closely with product, automation, CRM, sales, marketing, and academic teams to deliver practical solutions quickly

• Support rapid prototyping of new tools, dashboards, and internal systems

• Document UI components, design patterns, frontend logic, and product flows when needed

• Take ownership of frontend quality and ensure all released interfaces are polished, tested, and user-friendly

• Continuously recommend improvements to the website, product experience, and internal user interfaces
