Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience with Laravel (PHP)

• Solid experience with React.js and Next.js

• Strong understanding of MySQL and relational database design

• Familiarity with RESTful API design and authentication (e.g., Sanctum, JWT)

• Comfortable with Git/version control and collaborative workflows

• Understanding of MVC architecture and Eloquent ORM

• Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)

• Ability to write clean, testable, and scalable code

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript

• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines

• Experience working on healthcare, HR, or enterprise SaaS products

• Knowledge of state management libraries (Redux, Context API)

About the Role

• We're looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in Laravel (PHP) and React.js/Next.js to join our engineering team. You'll work on building and maintaining web applications, APIs, and user-facing interfaces, contributing across the full stack from database design to frontend implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Laravel

• Build responsive, dynamic user interfaces using React.js / Next.js

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

• Design and optimize database schemas (MySQL)

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers

• Debug and resolve issues across the stack (backend, frontend, database)
