Job Context:
We are looking for a Executive / Junior Executive IT having proven expertise in ISP Sector / IT related Company / television media.
Job Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, network systems, and wireless connections. Monitor network security, enforce data protection, configure firewalls, and perform regular data backups.
Act as the primary point of contact for IT-related issues, providing helpdesk support, remote troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
Keep systems running at peak performance, analyze tech support requests, and optimize costs across technology resources.
Set up equipment, user accounts, and access permissions for employees.
