We already run inside 300+ enterprises worldwide. Now we're hiring a Sr Android Developer to lead the mobile side of that platform, shipping apps our enterprise customers use every single day.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗼

You'll design, build, and ship high-quality Android applications using Kotlin and Java, working directly with product, design, and backend teams. You'll own architecture decisions, code quality, performance, and the release process end to end.

A typical week for you might look like:

▸ Kicking off sprint planning with product and design, translating specs into technical tasks

▸ Building a new feature in Jetpack Compose with clean MVVM architecture

▸ Integrating with backend REST APIs and handling edge cases across network states

▸ Debugging an ANR crash reported through Firebase Crashlytics from production users

▸ Reviewing pull requests and pairing with junior devs on architecture and testing

▸ Shipping a beta release to internal testers, then rolling out to production on Play Store

You'll own the full cycle: 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 → 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 → 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁 → 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗽

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿

▸ 3-5 years of professional Android development experience

▸ Strong Kotlin and/or Java proficiency

▸ Deep understanding of the Android SDK and core components

▸ Hands-on with Android Studio, Git, and modern build tools

▸ Experience with Jetpack Compose for modern UI development

▸ Comfortable with REST APIs and networking in Android apps

▸ Knowledge of SQLite and Room for local data storage

▸ Solid grasp of MVVM, MVC, or MVP architecture patterns

▸ Familiarity with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Crashlytics, Analytics)

▸ Strong communicator who can work independently and in a team

▸ Have built animations or games for Android

▸ Know your way around multithreading, concurrency, and performance tuning

▸ Have worked with NoSQL databases

▸ Have strong OOP fundamentals and clean architecture instincts

▸ Have shipped apps at scale to the Google Play Store
