Requirements:

Skills Required: Microsoft SQL Server,Microsoft visio

Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 21 years

Basic Knowledge of SQL Server, including query generation and data maintenance.

Knowledge base in Server-side configuration (Application & Database) is advanced.

Familiarity with Visio or similar tools for template and prototype documentation.

Continuously expand product knowledge and stay updated with new technologies.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and business inquiries related to product implementation, training, and user issues.

  • Communicate solutions clearly to clients via phone, email, or remote sessions.

  • Collaborate with teams to report bugs, prioritize issues, and find effective solutions.

  • Assist clients with optimal utilization of software tools and provide technical support throughout project implementation.

  • Execute site procedures and configure applications based on predefined task lists.

  • Ideas about business, technical documentation, and user manual preparation

  • Ability to perform impact analysis and apply strong analytical thinking

  • Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.

  • Confident in client interaction and relationship management

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
