Experience:
Strong backend development capability using technologies such as Node.js, Laravel, Python, Django, or similar frameworks.
Strong understanding of backend architecture, databases, APIs, webhooks, integrations, and system design.
Experience building internal tools, dashboards, admin panels, portals, or operational platforms·
Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, or similar tools·
Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Airtable, Google Sheets, or similar platforms·
Understanding of CMS, content workflows, AI tools, LLMs, and workflow automation.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders·
Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Work closely with leadership, sales, marketing, academic, operations, and career advisory teams to understand business needs and product requirements.
Translate stakeholder requirements into clear technical specifications, system flows, and implementation plans.
Identify process gaps and recommend practical tools, automation, or system improvements.
Communicate progress, technical challenges, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Design, build, and maintain backend systems, databases, APIs, and internal platforms required for academy operations.
Own backend architecture and logic for advisor tools, teacher tools, student tracking systems, dashboards, and operational portals
Work with frontend engineers and designers to connect backend systems with clean and user-friendly interfaces.
Ensure systems are secure, reliable, maintainable, and scalable as the organization grows.
Configure and improve CRM workflows for lead management, webinar tracking, advisor follow-ups, admissions, and student onboarding
Build automation for lead assignment, reminders, follow-ups, status updates, reporting, and internal notifications.
Build and maintain CMS workflows for programs, webinars, landing pages, academic resources, and internal knowledge assets.
Implement practical AI/LLM use cases such as call summaries, follow-up drafts, lead scoring, internal knowledge search, and advisor support tools.
Build dashboards and reports for lead source, webinar performance, advisor activity, conversion rate, student status, academic progress, and operational performance.
Ensure data flows properly across CRM, website forms, CMS, dashboards, and internal tools.
Create one source of truth for key sales, marketing, academic, and student operation metrics.
Document system flows, SOPs, automation logic, and backend processes for internal continuity
