Experience with Java (Spring Boot preferred). Experience with Next.js / React.js. Knowledge of PostgreSQL database design and management. Understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture. Familiarity with Git version control systems. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Software Analysis

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Review existing software systems and recommend improvements.

• Work with development teams to design and enhance applications.

• Prepare system documentation, reports, and workflow diagrams.

• Conduct testing and ensure software quality before deployment.

Technical Support

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support to users.

• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues related to Java backend and Next.js frontend.

• Monitor application performance and system health.

• Manage and maintain PostgreSQL databases.

• Coordinate with developers to fix bugs and deploy updates.

System Maintenance

• Monitor logs and identify system errors.

• Support software updates, patches, and upgrades.

• Ensure system security and data integrity.

• Assist in database backup and recovery.
