We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 3–4 years of professional design experience and strong expertise in Figma. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences for web applications, mobile applications, and digital platforms.

You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into elegant and functional designs.

User Experience (UX) Design

- Conduct user research, user journey mapping, and usability analysis

- Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes

- Identify usability issues and improve overall user experience

- Translate product requirements into clear design solutions

User Interface (UI) Design

- Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces

- Develop modern UI components and layouts for web and mobile applications

- Ensure consistency across design systems and product interfaces

- Maintain strong visual hierarchy, typography, color, and layout principles

Figma Design & Prototyping

- Create high-fidelity designs using Figma

- Develop interactive prototypes and design systems

- Build reusable UI component libraries

- Collaborate with development teams by providing design specifications and assets

Product & Web Design

- Design web applications, SaaS platforms, dashboards, and websites

- Work on responsive and mobile-first design approaches

- Ensure designs are optimized for usability, accessibility, and performance

- Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate implementation

Collaboration & Communication

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders

- Participate in design reviews and product discussions

- Present design concepts and rationale to team members and clients

- Iterate designs based on feedback and testing

Core UI/UX Skillsets (Must-Have)

- Strong proficiency in Figma (design systems, auto layout, components, prototyping)

- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles

- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

- Strong understanding of design systems and component-based design

- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first principles

- Understanding of usability, accessibility, and interaction design

- Ability to translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces

- Familiarity with developer handoff and design documentation
