• Define and execute the company’s long-term technology vision aligned with business goals.

• Lead architecture design for scalable, secure, and high-performing microservice-based eCommerce systems.

• Drive innovation in backend, frontend, and infrastructure layers.

• Ensure on-time, quality releases of new platform features and enhancements.

• Establish best practices for software development, CI/CD pipelines, and agile delivery.

• Lead, mentor, and inspire teams of software engineers, DevOps, and data professionals.

• Oversee AWS-based cloud infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.

• Implement modern DevOps, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and automation practices.

• Ensure system uptime, disaster recovery, and high availability across all services.

• Design and enforce security frameworks ensuring compliance with data protection standards.
