• Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or Head of Technology in an eCommerce or large-scale online business.

• Expertise in microservices, API-driven architecture, and cloud-native systems.

• Deep knowledge of AWS, SQL/NoSQL databases, DevOps practices, and cybersecurity.

• Experience in scaling distributed systems and managing large technical teams.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
